Taraz initially came to my house to fix my Miele dishwasher which was not completing the dry cycle. He did a good job of finding the fault and fixing that. While he was there I got him to add a water filter to my fridge so that my fridge could pour out cold water and start making ice again. I then got him back to hook up my Barbecue to the gas outlet that comes in via the road. Absolutely fantastic experience! Our fridge was running loud (and getting old), and having a little baby, we wanted to be sure it was in good working order. Taraz came out, took extra precautions too ensure he could move the fridge out without leaving a single scratch on the floor, checked it all over, removed a frustrating water restriction valve a plumber fitted - then was on his way. All FREE OF CHARGE! No call out, not inspection fee, no fee to remove the valve, nothing. I can't thank Taraz enough!
